Accademia Opera Deluxe, an elegant apartment in the Dorsoduro District.



This first-floor apartment, without elevator, in a historic Venetian building offers spacious rooms with modern furnishings. The bright living room has two sofas, four armchairs, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Accademia Opera Deluxe offers four spacious and bright bedrooms, all furnished with queen-size beds. Two bedrooms also have single beds. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with shower, another with bathtub and shower, and a third bathroom.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

I fed back during my stay several issues with the Wonderful Italy team. None were resolved during the stay and quite frankly the property needs attention. It is reasonably priced but showera should work, pillows should not stink, air conditioning needs to function and bed slats should not be broken

A great location and very spacious and good bedrooms with a good number of beds. Clean and neat. Comfortable beds and good wardrobes, plenty of communal living space. Kitchen relatively well equipped but some more washing up liquid would have been helpful.

This apartment was recently renovated. Super spacious, located in a very quiet area, it’s perfect for a large group. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!

The location is beautiful. The actual unit had a thin bedsheet in stained mattresses. We had ants in one of the beds.l, which left multiple bites. Pillows had no pillow cases, and were clearly used. The host was unable to assist with bedding inquiries, and was extremely delayed in responding. The cost was not worth what we received, and they need to change mattresses and bring in someone about the ants. Property bedding should also be provided for the amount of money they charge a night. Would not use them again.

Real Venice - At Its Best

Located in a charming courtyard, next to the Swiss Consulate and an elementary school, this apartment provides easy access to all Venice has to offer - but let's you be far from the crowded tourist sections of the city. Venetians headed off to work in the morning, folks walking their dogs, and kids playing a robust football game at dusk in the courtyard all added to a great experience.

The place was in a fantastic location. Great to have a washer and dryer. Had to figure out how the dryer works. Very clean. Very quiet. Accessible by water bus. Close to Academia Bridge. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Location and cleaniness of apartment is excellent

Great location for walking all around the city. But if you don't want to walk then there are vaporetto stops a few minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants near by. Unfortunately one of the 3 bathrooms had issues during our stay so became unusable which was a bit inconvenient as we were a party of 7! They were unable to repair it during our stay!

A very nice place for a big family trip

The Dorsoduro Accademia apartment in Campo St. Agnes was a great solution for our family of 10 (grandparents, two families, pre-teen and teens) to see Venice. We stayed there for 3 nights and roamed all over Venice from the very convenient location. However, since it was off the main tourist routes we got the feel of a neighborhood, too. The apartment is very large, with roomy bedrooms, all clean and well appointed. The large common space allowed us to "hang out" and make plans, watch some TV, and cook a family dinner together. The washer and dryer in their own room allowed us to refresh our traveling clothes. The kitchen was large and fairly well appointed, with a big fridge, dishwasher and french press for coffee. The Faville Tours staff (management) were responsive to emails. I waivered between 4 and 5 stars in this review. I landed on 4 for two relatively minor reasons, and they aren't reasons not to stay here. Reason 1: the trash and recycling procedures are complicated based on local rules. That's fine, but there were no bins/receptacles to organize and take out the trash with, requiring us to email and then purchase trash bags to sort and take everything out. For a luxury apartment rental, there should be clear, labeled, color coded bins to make waste disposal clear and easy. The other complaint, honestly, is the high price. The apartment met our needs but the price was high. Maybe Venice is becoming only for the rich? But again, a great place.

When we arrived, the house was full of mosquitoes inside. We immediately contacted the host and they had someone come in and spray all over and kill the majority of them. They also swatted many amd left then smeared on the walls, but even then we still had to kill some throughout our stay.The pillows were terrible, they've been washed and washed that the cushion inside is separating and provides no support. This is for all pillows in the house.One of the showers had a broken handle and we werent able to use it so we were left with usinf the tub and handle spray that is really short. We had to crouch to be able to shower. There weren't enough outlets in the rooms to be able to charge our devices at night, and one outlet was dangerously hanging outside of the wall.
