Modern Guest House, Near the Beach on Öckerö

New, fully equipped guest house on Öckerö with an outdoor area and BBQ.

The guest house is next to our house in a residential area within walking or biking distance of various activities:

1 min to the playground
5 min to the supermarket (2 by bike)
9 minutes to the pharmacy and health centre (3 by bike)
13 minutes to the beach (3 by bike)
15 minutes to Hönö Klåva (by bike)
15 minutes to the ferry dock for the northern islands (by bike)

The space
The guest house features an open-concept living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, a sofa (which converts to a double bed), a table for four, and a smart TV with Chromecast so you can watch your favourite shows.

In the loft, you’ll find a double bed, and right next to the front door, there’s a modern bathroom and a washer-dryer combo.

Since we want to be transparent with our guests, the loft has a fairly low ceiling, so it’s really only suitable for sleeping, and the bathroom is located in a small side building right next to the front door—though it has a lock and is completely private.

In the backyard, you’ll find an outdoor area with a small lounge set for four that catches the morning sun—perfect for enjoying breakfast—and a small grill if you’d like to barbecue in the afternoon.

You can charge your electric vehicle at cost. The electricity price will be provided on the day of your stay, and payment can be made via Swish (for Swedish customers) or in cash (some foreign currencies are accepted).

You have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
We’re happy to provide tips for activities upon advance request, and if available, we can rent out bikes.

Towels and linens are not included; however, feel free to reach out if you need any (subject to availability), as well as other items such as a charger, hair dryer, etc.
