Lovely short break at Bella Vista, second time staying there. Very comfortable and has everything you need. We especially loved the short walk to the beach with the dog. Would recommend

We all had a really wonderful holiday at Bella Vista. The property was amazing, very clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular and a perfect location. The table tennis was a big hit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house in stunning location
A really comfortable spacious house with plenty of room for six adults and two dogs. Beautiful views over the sea and a great dog friendly beach. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and large secure garden. Short walk into the town and only a five minute walk to Dylans restaurant.

House
Enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful house. A little information regarding bins would have been helpful. Also a guest book to enable us to leave our comments would be nice.

Bella Vista lives up to its name!
The house has excellent views and couldn’t be better placed for the beach, the front and local shops and restaurants. Some small areas are showing signs of use, but overall it is a comfortable house in good condition, light and spacious. We were a party of four though, eight people might feel a little cramped around the television. We would happily return, our stay was definitely one of our best holidays.

Excellent sea and castle views
Cant fault the location and views. Although we booked for 6x adults the main seating really only accommodates 5x supplemented with some large bean bags. Games room was added advantage for fun when weather was adverse

Criccieth holiday
The house was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable and lovely sea views. A cafetière wasn’t available but customer service sorted it after a day or so. Great to have table tennis room and huge garden.
A smart to would have been better as this one worked through a fire stick and no instructions left.
Mostly very positive experience by whole family.

Our stay at Bella Vista
Good sized house and garden with lovely sea views. Unfortunately a few minor issues let this property down. The main one being the wifi isn't adequate enough to support the non-terrestrial tv and other devices being used atvthe same time. The main bathroom needs a toilet seat that fits the toilet as the one currently on doesn't fit properly and is too small. One bin liner isn't sufficient for a week and there was no hand soap in bathrooms or toilet. This is the first holiday let we have stayed in with no welcome pack or information pack . If these minor issues were put right this would be make the property more home from home. However, the table tennis set was a hit with the teenagers.

Lovely family house in a great locatoon
Bella Vista is a lovely family house in a great position. It is located in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the pitch and put golf course and sauna. They hire canoes and SUPs in the Summer too. There are stunning views of the castle and it is a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Sea views from upstairs are lovely and it is a warm and cosy house. Off road parking is good. Large garden. The table tennis table was much appreciated. There is not much lounge seating if there are 8 of you but there are plenty of dining chairs and some pouffes and giant bean bags. There is only one TV (fire stick channels only) - a second TV may be useful for some? Be aware there is also only one shower (although there is also a lovely bath with a handheld shower in the other bathroom). Didn’t find any information on arrival (such as when to put bins out, wifi code, suggestions for places to visit etc) as we have in other properties but we contacted Oyster Holiday Cottages and had swift and professional responses. There was no welcome pack either (not promised but again it was the first property we have stayed in that didn’t have anything at all on arrival. Most places have left a few basics such as milk/tea and coffee or wine/biscuits etc). No visitor book. Lovely walk to shops and restaurants and the railway station. Pleasant walks from the house along the coast and inland. A great base for touring locally or for days out further afield on the Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia, and Anglesey. We hope to return as it’s a great family house for an extended family holiday. Thank you.
