Kokomo ''on the Beach'' Villa

Kokomo Beach Villa is all about creating good memories, it is a place where people come together to celebrate life including birthday parties, engagements, hen parties, bachelor parties, anniversaries, and even small family weddings.

The best times in our lives are not about what we have but who we were with, while we are passing through :-)

The vast majority of our clients are return guests and one family in particular, from the UK will have holidayed here for 15 years in a row this year ( 2026 ) Two visits this year in fact.

We also cater to guests who come here every 2 years from Gran Cayman in the Caribbean :-)

This 'Fun Villa' has everything that you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday, we have created a relaxed tropical atmosphere where guests are happy to spend their entire holiday here at the villa.

The Games room contains a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Darts Board & a Home Cinema seating eight people on luxury leather tiered recliner sofas with drinks holders.

The cinema screen is 120 inches and the projector is a top-of-the-range Optima projector.
The center section of the ceiling is constructed with 3D printed stretch PVC which is lit from above with white & black LED lights simulating a starry night sky which feels like you are at the top of the property and not in the basement.

There are also 2 separate sleeping areas with a double bed or 2 single beds in one area and a bunk bed containing 2 single beds + wardrobe in the second area, there are no toilet facilities in the games room. From here up to the ground floor consisting of a Living/ Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom with Bath, Shower, Bidet WC & WB. The living room has a 65-inch 3D HD TV, a dining table & Sofa for 6 people.

Double doors lead to the Outdoor Living Area with ample seating space for 10 people and from here down the wide ramp to the pool terrace where there is a 5m Garden Kitchen, containing a Gas BBQ, Gas paella cooker, traditional Spanish wood-burning oven, fridge freezer, outdoor dining Table for 10 People, 4m X 8m Private Heated Swimming Pool, The electric heater is eco friendly & keeps the water temperature at 30 degrees throughout the year, Sunbathing area with sun loungers, Day Bed, deck chairs, arm chairs & you'r own private Kokomo Beach Bar with Mahou Classic or Mahou 5 Star draft Beer or Blackthorn draught Cider on tap, the kegs can be ordered before arrival @ 129 euros for the classic, 139 euros for the 5 star & 165 euros for the cider ''as it is imported. Payment can be made in cash after you check-in. There is a music system which you can connect to your iPod iPhone iPad or Lap Top, and a Smart TV showing all the SKY channels inc. SKY SPORTS and MOVIES + All European TV channels in your own language. You can also play music from the Spotify or Youtube apps on the TV as it has a sound bar. There is a Darts area beside the bar also, so bring your own darts as ours are always getting lost or broken.

To the left of the bar, there is a sunken conversation sand pit. In the winter evenings, you can light a fire here & toast marshmallows or chestnuts.

The first floor consists of the Master Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom/Shower area and you can have either 2 single beds or a king sized bed.

There is also a large Private balcony / Deck area attached to this room with a breakfast table & 4 chairs + a Bamboo double siesta bed with Mosquito netting where many clients sleep outside during the summer months, a hammock, a large bamboo sofa and a coffee table with arm chair, all overlooking the beach & sea.

The second bedroom on this floor has two large built-in wardrobes including an en-suite bathroom/shower area and you can have either 2 single beds or a king sized bed.

The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, and Iron.

The Villa is Fully Air Conditioned in all rooms.

There is also maintenance accommodation on site which does not overlook the main villa, pool or gardens, it is completely separated from the main house by an internal Door '' bolted on both sides'' behind the (Take a book & leave a book ) book case at the top of the stairs and it has its own entrance/exit from the foot path to the beach so you will not be disturbed in any way + you will have any problems/queries which may arise ''from time to time'' attended to very swiftly.
The Gardens & pool terrace are very Private & meticulously maintained throughout your stay by the maintenance lad.

We can organise transfers from all three Airports with a local taxi bus company for 2 to 12 people. Almeria Airport @ 45 minutes, Murcia @ 80 minutes & Alicante @ 100 minutes.

There is also a catering service named ( MeetGrazeLove) from Mojacar ''which can be googled'' where you can make an appointment with them directly & they will come to the Garden Kitchen and prepare serve & clean up afterward.

The villa has a wheelchair ramp from the parking area into the Villa and also from the villa to the pool terrace area where the outdoor Kitchen & dining area are + the Kokomo Bar and conversation pit. There is a bedroom on the ground floor which can have either a king sized bed or 2 single beds & the bathroom is right next door.
Attractions in the local area include Mojacar Pueblo & Playa, Mini Hollywood Oasys Theme Park in the Tabernas Desert, Go carting in Garrucha, Lunar Cable Park in Cuevas del Almanzora, the local water park, local Jet Ski & pedal boat hire, and motorized hang gliding just a short walk on the sand + many more activities in the local area.

There are 3 beach restaurants/beach bars within a few minutes walk ''one of which is open all year round''

Between the months of October to March, you can be relaxing on the beach in the morning and within a 2.5 hour drive you can be snowboarding in Sierra Nevada
