The master bedroom is light and bright, and features a king size bed, direct access to the property’s terrace, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and has access to a third bathroom with walk-in shower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line utensils and appliances perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. A dining area with seating for 6 is presented opposite the beautifully furnished living room, which has a sofa and two armchairs facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The room is bathed in natural light through floor to ceiling windows that slide effortlessly into the walls, providing guests with seamless outdoor-indoor living with access to the private terrace.
On the terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area, chillout seating and several sun loungers, allowing guests to relax and unwind outside (in the shade or not). The terrace has panoramic views of the sea and communal swimming pools below.

Guests are mins walk along the beach from numerous delicious chiringuitos, and 6 mins drive from Estepona and 20 mins from Marbella. The paseo maritimo (beachfront promenade) is located right in front of the development, which links Marbella to Estepona with a beautiful walkway right on the beach.
