Great location
Newly refurbished property ,great location enjoyed the food in the Birdham ate there often the service was good and staff very friendly..
Only two of us , the twin beds would be ok for children maybe the option of another double would suit 4 adults also bathroom downstairs good but upstairs showerroom ,shower very challenging and we are under 5 and half feet tall .
There was also a problem with the WiFi and we had no television at one point they did have an Ariel point so maybe this could be re instated for breakdowns . That said the owners said they were going to look into this .
We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again .
