About The Property



Styled by a local interior designer, Adgestone Villa has been thoughtfully curated to offer a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Light-filled living spaces, contemporary furnishings, and carefully chosen finishes create a relaxed yet refined feel that works beautifully in every season.



The spacious lounge provides a cosy retreat after a day exploring the Island, centred around a Charnwood log burner ideal for autumn and winter stays. During warmer months, patio doors open directly onto the south-facing garden, inviting you to enjoy outdoor dining, poolside relaxation, and long summer evenings under the Island sky.



The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfectly designed for sociable meals, family breakfasts, and relaxed entertaining, while the adjoining utility room adds practicality for longer stays.

Accessed via three steps, with storage cupboard for coats, boots, and outdoor essentials.

Great location, quiet and relaxing with Sandown Beach just down the road and a great base for exploring the island. Pool was a great addition, little one loved it and was very welcomed during the week we stayed which was nice and sunny. Friendly host and home equipped with everything you would need, including nice comfy beds and outside loungers. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic holiday home and host

We recently had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at Adgestone Villa! All of us including our dogs didn't want to leave! Emma has been a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. There was a slight hiccup with the pool but this was sorted at lightning speed!! We will definitely be looking at returning some time in the future!!
