Fir is a charming 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with all the essentials you need for the perfect self-catering holiday getaway! This apartment has been designed with modern and stylish touches throughout offering a relaxing environment for holiday makers. There’s an option to cook in your fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting / dining area, perfect to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The master bedroom is spacious with a contemporary bathroom and walk in shower. The french doors for your living space and master bedroom let in an abundance of light, and on sunny days you can throw them open and step onto your very own furnished terrace for a breath of fresh air and alfresco dining.

Dove Court occupies a large corner plot and enjoys an open aspect in all directions, with views of the pretty seaside town of Shanklin to the downs. It comprises five stylish 1 and 2 bed apartments. So if Fir isn't available on your preferred dates, check out Bay, Ash, Cedar or Elm.

During the school summer holiday our change over day is Friday and our minimum stay is seven days. But at all other times we offer short breaks with a minimum of three days and we can also offer longer lets.
The location is excellent, close to the town, Downs and beach, and suitable for families:
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin Seafront with its golden beach, mini golf, amusement arcades, beach cafés, pubs and restaurants.
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin’s main shopping area, railway station, and bus station.
• 7 minute walk to Shanklin Old Village with its characterful pubs, restaurants and gift shops.
• 3 minute walk to the cliff path which leads to the resort of Sandown, with hotels and cafés along the way.
This is a no smoking apartment. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets.

Surfing/body boarding and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

We stayed in the Fir Apartment and we were very happy with it, clean, modern, fully equipped and only 5 minutes stroll from Shanklin Beach. As I said in the title, we couldn't fault it.

The apartment did not disappoint. Lovely and comfortable ,good quality furniture and appliances.
