Large windows offer picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The conservatory offers another opportunity to relax indoors while still retaining an outdoor feel. Separate to The Farmhouse is a large communal games room with a pool table, table football, as well as a home cinema for cosy movie nights.
The countryside setting offers numerous walking trails and opportunities for outdoor activities right at your doorstep with a popular dog-friendly pub in walking distance (1 mile). Located next to a small family-owned working farm, the large gardens offer plenty of space for leisure and play. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee on the patio or under the covered terrace, have a picnic on the lawn, the garden is a perfect spot to unwind.
The property is well located for those wanting to explore further afield, with a variety of coastal locations including Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Beer just half an hour’s drive away. There are plenty of options to entertain younger members of the group, with Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Crealy Theme Park, Seaton Tramway and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary providing entertaining days out.
