The apartment was in good condition, although it had a strong sewer smell at first. Luckily, it didn’t linger throughout our stay, even when we opened the windows. The towels, however, smelled of mold. The apartment is fairly close to the city center and overlooks a park that gets noisy at night because it’s popular with young people. The real problem was the communication. The check-in instructions stated that we would find a lockbox with the keys. A few hours before our arrival, the owner sent a message saying she would be there to meet us instead, a message I only saw when we were already almost at the apartment. As a result, we had to wait for her to arrive. The lockbox mentioned in the instructions didn’t exist. She didn’t speak a word of English, and after making us wait, she even started talking on her phone instead of speaking to us. Very rude. At checkout, I texted her several times to ask if we could leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours, but I never received a response. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Fortunately, we didn’t have any special needs, but if you ever need assistance, don’t expect to receive any.

Nice apartment but bad experience

The apartment looks really good and it is clean, just like the pictures. Only problem regarding the apartment itself was the wifi: the host probably forgot to pay for the upcoming month so there was no service and the wifi obviously was not working.The main problems we had concerned the check in process and the host:- a couple days prior I contacted the host to know if we could check in before 12 and she agreed, telling me that she would call me the day before our staying. She then completely ghosted me: no text response, no call response either. We were finally able to check in at 13:30 (after being there for 3 hours)- considered the bad experience with the check in, the host finally replied to me explaining that she had an emergency and that she was sorry for what happened. To compensate for that mess she OFFERED to send us breakfast on the following day so we agreed on 9:30/10 on Sunday morning (knowing that most stores are closed on Sunday we relied on her promise to send us breakfast). Needless to say that we waited at the apartment until 11:30 and that the breakfast never arrived, plus she ghosted me once againWe enjoyed our stay but we felt incredibly disappointed and disrespected by being ignored several times and being told false promises

Appartement est très très bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons récupéré l'appartement avec une journée de retard mais sans stress pour nous. L'hôte nous avez réservé des chambres dans un superbe hôtel à proximité. Nous avons récupéré les clés le lendemain. Un souvenir de vacances.
