The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, while Smart TVs and comfortable living spaces make relaxing at home easy. You'll also find beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler ready for your days by the ocean.
And yes — there's even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony for an easy evening meal overlooking the lake.

Jupiter Beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while Jupiter Bay offers two heated community pools, tennis courts and an on-site restaurant overlooking the pool and lake.
You're also ideally positioned for everything that makes Jupiter such a special place to vacation — beaches, waterfront restaurants, shopping, parks and the Jupiter Inlet are all within easy reach.
You can spend the morning on the beach, have lunch overlooking the water and be back on your private balcony enjoying the lake before sunset.

What we provide
To make arrival easier, every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Baby equipment can also be rented locally through BabyQuip, including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys.
Important information before booking
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documentation must be completed and returned so that a parking permit can be issued. Vehicles without the required permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Villa KoaLua is on the second floor with approximately 10 steps and no elevator.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.

Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to a $150 late check-in fee, payable on arrival in accordance with the rental agreement.

Arrivals or departures on December 24, December 25, December 31 or January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.
