The apartment was perfectly situated, cleanand convenient to restaurants, grocery stores And public transportation. We felt safe and secure. Close to waterfront. My only complaint would be to have more seating in living room.

Nice place to stay for a week in October. Pictures in listing do a good job of showing all the rooms. Kitchen seems to be well equipped (we didn’t cook). Supermarket is two blocks away and a good restaurant right next to it. Just a few blocks from the 15E tram stop makes the city accessible but count on around a half hour to get to your location using tram/metro. We didn’t use the bus. Building is nice and quiet though you can hear bus and tram traffic when the windows are open. (And morning rooster crowing). Mini-split A/C works fine. Didn’t need heat. Be careful when using the shower in the bathtub. The tub is very slippery. We requested a rubber mat but never heard back. Front door can be difficult to open. Turn multiple times to the left. Mini-split A/C does a good job. We didn’t need heat.
