The unit is dark, has horrible ventalation and smelled like mold. There is no air conditioning which made matters worse. All they had was a few old fans that barely worked. We didn't even stay one night. Stay away.

We have taken note of your comments regarding ventilation, the perceived humidity smell and the fans, and we will carry out the necessary checks to assess where intervention is needed. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to verify the situation and assist you during the stay before your decision to leave the apartment. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that it is not listed among the available facilities in the apartment description. You advertised a washing machine - not available; duvets dirty, no adaptors for kettle and iron; stove not working, one light not working, oven and so-called microwave not working, cupboard doors not closing (bumped my head). This spoiled our holiday and forced us to incur additional costs by having to eat out more often than we had budgeted for on account of the advertised cooking facilities being useless. I tried to get hold of the agent, not a chance. The only positive attribute the flat has is its location.
