Located in the heart of Waikiki and all within walking distance to many restaurants, dining, shops, groceries, bus-lines.. World famous Waikiki beach is is only 3 blocks away!

The unit has brand queen size bed, sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, and a neat bathroom with hand held shower and washlet. WiFi is free!
There is also a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. electric counter tops with .
The view from the spacious lanai has Ala Wai canal, Waikiki city and ocean!!

Building amenities include Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Fitness room (6th floor). A coin operated Laundry facility is on the same floor.
The building is well secured with 24 hours security
Elite Parking is an adjacent parking garage to our building, Island Colony. The rate is $40/day (Rates are subject to change).

Perfect location! The beach, shopping, dining, bus-lines, parks, groceries, all within walking distance.

Nice studio

Nice studio near the canal, just a few blocks from the beach. Had a small electric cooktop (2 burner), coffee machine, toaster, bowls, utensils, refrigerator. Large dresser, closet had some space for hanging. Made it easy for longer stays.

Nice Place but Elevators slow

Wish I could have stayed longer but with repairs going on so much, staff hogs the elevators and many units are not available. But building and units are great. Self contained community

Good for 1-2 people; small and compact studio with all amenities included. Central location to shopping, sightseeing, beaches and for walking etc. Unit could use a few updates including replacing rusty fridge door and shower curtain rod as well as checking polarity of electrical plugs on bathroom circuit.
