Stunning inside and out! From the moment you enter this uniquely decorated safari-themed condo, you'll feel the exciting difference. Step out on the spacious lanai to feast your eyes on the expansive ocean panorama from Diamond Head to a peek of the Pink Lady. Prepare to explore and enjoy the adventures of wonderful Waikiki. Then return to a restful bedroom with queen and twin beds, and ample closet space. The bedroom can be conveniently opened to the living room for a more spacious living arrangement, and then closed off at night for privacy. The living room has a very comfortable futon, converts to a full size bed, sleeps 2. The large newly renovated bathroom has a shower, mirrored medicine cabinet and large closet. The condo also features an open kitchen with gas stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. This corner unit has 2 ACs , cable TV, internet with Wi-Fi. Enjoy the spectacular roof-top deck, with barbeques, tables and wet bar. Don't forget the pool, hot tub and exercise room. We promise to meet you at the building entrance when you arrive, and orient you to the unit and the necessary information about it. We can save the details for the next day, if you are tired and prefer that. We have been lucky to have travelled a lot, we know what savvy travelers want: a clean place to stay that offers comfort, convenience and value. We can offer that. Of all the places we've visited, when we arrived in Hawaii we felt we were truly in paradise. We want you to have that same feeling from the very first moment of your vacation. Because we are a family owned and managed business and we do it all ourselves, we can offer you clean comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost, and provide personalized caring service. In fact, we chose to live in Waikiki, close to our units, to better provide this. We take pride in the cleanliness and unique décor of each of our units- they are not typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We have 10 condos available from studio to 2 bedroom, all in Waikiki. They were chosen with care using this question: Would we like to vacation there ourselves? Why they chose this property
This unit has stunning views of the ocean and Waikiki. Because of it's location, the view is expansive as well, you do not feel hemmed in. The pool, hot tub and recreation deck were recently remodeled. The sunny rooftop deck is a wonderful place for entertaining, with it's 3 barbeques and plenty of tables, and lounge chairs. And it has a shaded covered wet bar. The view, although just one floor above your unit, is amazing, since you get mountain and Diamond Head views in addition to the ocean view. And it's protected from excessive winds by glass walls. The building has excellent security, needing a fob to access the front gate as well as the elevator and your specific floor. And the parking is reserved, so you have a well located easy to access parking spot.
What makes this property unique
This unit has an L shaped entrance hallway, which shields the living room from noise in the exterior hallway, and also offers more privacy. The nook of an entrance hall features a chair and small table, making this useful as a quiet reading space. We like how the unit feels very open, and how the bedroom can be contiguous with the living room, or closed off for more privacy. The living room sofa has a very comfortable innerspring futon mattress, which can sleep 2. And the bathroom can be accessed without going through the bedroom, which makes it a nice layout for 2 couples. This is a great unit, has space, privacy, a wonderfully quiet yet convenient location, and views...
