Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit is very dated. The soap, shampoo etc were in very small qty, barely enough for 4 days. The location was good and very convenient.

Great location but not for light sleepers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great with an excellent view of the ocean. The unit had most amenities and even had some sand toys. Handles on the drawers located in the kitchen would have been helpful. The windows are single pane and one can hear almost all the noises at night. The blinds are also super light and the sleeping area was super bright at night. It would have been nice to have been advised of the renovations being done to the unit next door. The grinding noises during the day was quite disruptive and the water was shut off for 5 hours one day, that started at 9am. The parking was included, which made things very convenient for having a vehicle.

Great spot. One block from the beach. All the amenities. Convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Clean and functional. Would go back and stay again and would recommend.
