The Villa is located within a fenced property of 5 hectares. Despite being immersed in the purest and most pleasant countryside, it is located about 20 minutes from the famous The Mall Outlet, about half an hour from the city of Florence, 45 minutes from the center of Arezzo and 50 minutes from the beautiful Siena.
