Welcome to our beautiful hidden gem, located in Timperley village. Our place is secure and private so that our guests can enjoy their stay to themselves.
Our home has an inside gym, detached games room, hot tub, and a floral quiet space.
This home can sleep a total of at least 14 people, (10 adults, 4 children)

Washing machine, ironing board, drying machine, sofa beds, inflatable bed, Dyson hot/ cool fan in each room, central heating, security gates and parking.

This property really is the wow factor! If you are looking to be surrounded by luxury and serenity, come and stay inside the hidden gem. Our home is very spacious, and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in the natural light in all areas.

The house is equipped with modern furniture and luxury bedding, all bedrooms have their own Dyson Air, cool/ hot fans for all weather.

The Master bedroom has a super Kingsize bed and a feature bath where you can relax & unwind.
It boasts a glass floor-to-ceiling, where you can also enjoy a rear garden view.

We have a dedicated space for exercise inside the home, with essential gym equipment, and a games entertainment area at the bottom of the garden. Inside is a dart board, a multi-game table, and a TV with Bluetooth/ music.

Downstairs has a state-of-the-art fitted kitchen with an open-plan living room and dining area. This space has been created for you to enjoy cooking and dining together in an open and sociable space.

Our home is Ideal for staff events, staff stays, hen parties, bridal parties, and all celebrations where you need a large space for everyone to enjoy.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location was perfect—quiet, safe, family friendly and romantic when we needed it to be. The interior had a modern feel and was really comfortable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

30th Birthday Weekend

This Villa is absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice!!! I must say I had an amazing experience with this booking from the start. Zoe, the property manager was fantastic throughout and we were well looked from start to finish. She even left us a welcome bottle of prosecco and chocolates for the group, which was a great touch! The property was clean, tidy and great for a large booking! The secluded hot tub was also a great addition to the party and the girls loved it! A 30th birthday that my sister will never forget, so thank you Zoe for welcoming us into your beautiful home! Will definitely stay again!! 5 stars!!
