Our one bedroom, fully furnished, holiday cottage is located on the outskirts of the popular and historic harbour town of Yarmouth, Isle Of Wight. Set in 15 acres of landscaped grounds and pathways, which are gated and child safe. An open plan living space runs the full depth of the cottage, with a kitchen at one end and a living space at the other. An external seating area can be found on the decking at the rear.
The kitchen area has a dining table and chairs and the lounge has a 2 seater sofa and arm chair with doors leading to the decking area at the rear. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and a door leading to the rear of the property. External decking at the rear has a table and chairs to relax on. Parking is free on site in one of the two car parks both of which are approximately 200m from the cottage. The property itself is situated in 15 acres of landscaped grounds in a quiet area. Outside the grounds is a bus stop allowing access to the rest of the island. Local taxi firms are also available. Please note there are building works going at the rear of the site during 2025.

Lovely set up for the weekend. Only down side was wood lice. A lot of in the living room and bathroom. Did hoover dead ones. But still found more when we came back from adventuring the island.
