The property is not taken care of very well. Smelled dusty inside. The pictures of inside the cabin were correct. The outside was not. Had to be very old pictures. Tarps strung up in-between another place getting worked on and other vehicles parked on property.Rock walk way extremely uneven and not safe.Blinds were dusty, down stairs bathroom is a clawfoot tub with shower attachment.No creek on back of property, the creek is far away from the cabin.The creek had a sign no fishing or swimming, creek is extremely contaminated.

The cabin was wonderful. The only thing was there was a random sock and boxers. The fridge didnt work great but the host came and fixed it. The host was super friendly and helpful. He would go to far lengths to ensure your stay is comfortable and great. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Especially if you like the outdoors.

Well this was a very emotional time as I drive to the address shangri-La was a place my parents took us to for many yrs ! Our father passed 50 yrs ago at a young 48 yrs old and we had so many memories there. I was bring my grandkids to oak creek canyon for the first time and I talked about Shangri-a all the way to Sedona ! When I turned to the driveway saw the familiar drive over the creek and saw the street sign I broke out in tears sooo many memories ! And we got an actual cabin rustic and worn beautiful !! We had a blast the kids playroom was a hit with my little one Dog friendly too! Great place for real cabin ! We only had one thing our grandson left his was it a knife machete, and an ax cut wood hatchet. Hopefully, the owner will give me a call and we’ll find a way to pick it up.

Cute little cabin in Oak Creek, tucked back all the way at the end of the neighborhood. Beautiful views close to slide rock, Sedona and 20 minutes to Flagstaff. Everything was comfortable and provided, cell service is hit or miss, but there is Wi-Fi. Had a great time, very peaceful.

Close to everything!

Spacious cabin in a charming neighborhood. The kids and fur babies love the creek and we love the close proximity to Slide Rock and restaurants.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The location was great and was only a short walk to Oak Creek. It wasn’t as secluded as we had hoped as it’s in a small neighborhood but overall good experience.

We had the best stay ever ! The cabin is warm and cozy. We had a service dog with us and it was very dog friendly . We had a full kitchen and did make a pot of soup and chili during our stay. We stood outside at night and stargazed. We felt so special to be in such a beautiful friendly place. Our host Ken, was very attentive and answered all of our questions quickly. We had everything we needed. We had such a great time and stay that we can’t wait to plan a return visit . We highly recommend this charming , friendly and so warm cabin for a stay in magical Sedona .

Long Weekend in Sedona

Friends get together for a long weekend of hiking. We needed a cabin for a base camp near Sedona. This is very convenient for much of the hikes in and around the area. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded.

Perfect location

This cabin was perfect for our family. We were 5 adults and 2 kids. Its had 3 bedrooms but then 2 other sleeping area for the kids. It was super cozy and in a perfect location. The neighborhood was small with great views and only 4 miles to downtown Sedona. I would definitely stay here again.
