Apartmens LaVilla offers self-catering accommodation located in a small, idyllic fishing settlement called Mlini, Apartment features equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, two private bathrooms and spacious balcony with a sea view.

This beautiful two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view can comfortably accommodate up to four persons.
It features Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and TV. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher, dining area and high chair. Two bathrooms include shower cabins and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are at guests disposal.
Outdoor area features shared a swimming pool sun chairs, parasols and children playground.

Apartmens LaVilla are situated in Mlini, located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Bus station is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, while beach and coffee bars are 5 minutes ride from the apartment. Various restaurants, bars and shops and a market can be found a short ride away.

Dubrovnik airport is 10 km away, while bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

All rooms are spacious and well equipped, Mark is a really nice guy and was very helpful, The location is good - in between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, If you're not driving you can get a bus to both locations from the main road, and if you don't fancy the steep walk down, there is uber! I would highly reccommend this place!

All rooms are spacious and well equipped, Mark is a really nice guy and was very helpful, The location is good - in between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, If you're not driving you can get a bus to both locations from the main road, and if you don't fancy the steep walk down, there is uber! Everything was perfect, The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, there was a great coffee maker, the view from the terrace is wonderful, Ivona who takes care of the apartment, was super helpful, I definitely recommend this accommodation, One thing to mention, the apartment is situated about 1km from the beach with a significant ascent (stairs, steep road), and it is not possible to find parking on the beach during the busy season, One should take this into account when traveling with the small kids (we had the carrier for the youngest child, so it was ok), However, some people around us solved this issue with daily using of the taxi service,

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Apartment LaVilla, Les deux chambres étaient spacieuses et le balcon surplombant la mer était parfait pour notre café du matin, La cuisine avait tout le matériel dont nous avions besoin, donc cuisiner était un jeu d'enfant, La piscine était agréable aussi, bien que nous ayons passé la plupart de notre temps sur les plages à proximité, Un rapide trajet en bus vers Dubrovnik a facilité l'exploration, Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais honnêtement, qui en a besoin quand on a cette vue ? Nous reviendrions sans hésiter !
