The villa has a good sized heated swimming pool, feature circular living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan split level living space, modern kitchen and large games room with table tennis table. Just 15 minutes drive from beaches.

Villa with the VIEW

We had very nice time, the view is simply breathtaking, pool is heated, there is enough space for everyone either in shade or in the sun and a nice selection of DVDs on top for the chilly evening should that occure. Only 15 min drive to amazing famara beach and 5 min to Tequise with all the restaurants and bars. We can definitely recomment the property and want to thank to be able to stay in such a beautifull setting at somebodys private home which is so much better than the copy paste villas spreading in the meantime all over Lanzarote. The Villa has definitely its own character and architecture which we appreciated a lot!

Couple of glitches but quickly sorted

Very nice property which was well equipped in a lovely good location. On arrival TV subscription had expired but this was quickly sorted the following day. Internet connection was a bit patchy however. No provisions provided on arrival, not even a pint of milk.

Hi Helen I am so sorry to learn that there wasn't any milk in the fridge - there certainly should have been. My housekeepers should always ensure that there is tea, coffee, milk and water, plus a snack, for your arrival. Angela would have popped the milk around if you had raised at the time. I have endeavoured to provide my guests with the little luxuries so often overlooked in holiday properties, such as beautiful cotton bedding, feather duvets and pillows and most importantly, super comfortable beds.
I believe that the price you see is the price you pay, no hidden extras. Therefore, the pool is heated, the WiFi is free, free UK TV, all towels and linen included. All my properties are beautifully furnished with everything you could need to make your holiday as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
It’s a wonderful business dealing with one of the pleasures in life and it’s so rewarding to hear that our guests have as wonderful a time as we do.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful detached Villa is situated at one of the highest points in Oasis de Nazaret and boasts some of the best views in Lanzarote. It is 1km from the historic town of Teguise and just 15 minutes from beaches.
The feature circular living room offers a huge viewing window which soaks up the views of the mountains and sea. It has comfortable settees and large 40" LCD TV with free Netflix.
The villa has a modern kitchen and is fully equipped with all appliances. Doors from the dining area and the kitchen lead out on to the terrace which also enjoys the stunning uninterrupted views. The terrace has seating for dining and relaxing in the sun.
A good sized heated swimming pool (electric rather than solar heated) was installed in 2013. Lockable gates keep the pool safe when not in use.
There is also a large games room with table tennis table and table football.
