A modern and spacious, beachside, two bedroom apartment located right next to the popular Playa del Cristo beach. The spacious en-suite master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190cm) and a twin bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm), offering comfortable accommodation for up to five guests in total. The stylish living room comprises of a modern dining area for six guests and a comfortable lounge with a corner leather sofa and flat-screen TV with a wide package of national and international channels (including Sky TV). From the lounge area we head onto the long south-east facing balcony with plenty of morning sun and beautiful views to the adjacent gardens, beach and Mediterranean sea. An outdoor dining area for six with awning perfect for shade during your alfresco meals. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances and a laundry room. The property has a central air conditioning system throughout and provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection. Community parking is also available inside the premises, a private parking space in the underground garage may be arranged for an extra fee for a small to medium sized car. All in all, this is a perfect apartment for families looking for a relaxing property by the beach and close to all tourist facilities.
