A beautiful and spacious beachside apartment with two bright and modern bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (135x190cm), air conditioning and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hand-basin and bidet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190cm) and air conditioning. The spacious and bright lounge area opens onto the fantastic south-east facing balcony with lovely beach and sea views. The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating for six guests, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with a wide package of national and international channels (including Sky TV) and a dining area also for six. There is an extra dining area for six on the balcony, equipped with an awning perfect for shade during your alfresco meals. The modern and large kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances needed for your holiday. A high speed fibre optic internet connection is available throughout the house and community parking is also available inside the premises, a private parking space in the underground garage may be arranged for an extra fee for a small to medium sized car. All in all, this is a perfect apartment for families looking for a relaxing property by the beach and close to all tourist facilities.
