Nothing was as presented in the pictures. The distance from house to London city centre is about 1 hour and a half. Also, the owner is very pushy . We booked through VRBO, payed for accommodation two months before. One day before our trip he sent me an email asking me to pay the accommodation in his account otherwise my booking will be cancelled. I lost two hours to solve the problem. I was in panic when I got the email and I didn’t know what to do. I contacted VRBO to solve the issue and finally after 2 hours I got the response. It was the owner mistake. My schedule was ruined. Then the second day he ask me to send the second time my ID ‘s picture just in case he won’t be paid by VRBO . He sent me the accommodation details very late . The worst experience I had
