Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were not satisfied with our five-night stay.The listing photos were misleading and the property looked significantly better in the photos than in person. When we arrived, there was also a noticeable musty smell throughout the accommodation.The bathroom was another concern. The shower had visible traces of what appeared to be mould or residue, which was concerning.The biggest issue was the temperature. There was only one small air-conditioning unit, and when we turned it on, it essentially blew hot air rather than cooling the room. The accommodation became extremely hot at night. There were only two small windows, which we tried leaving open, but this did very little to improve the temperature.We were quite disappointed with the host/property management. It was very difficult to get a response when we needed assistance, and when we did hear back, we often felt they were not helpful or accommodating. We frequently received automated messages directing us to a website, but the website did not provide useful instructions for resolving our issues.We also requested additional toilet paper and paper towels. We were told they could not provide more. For a five-night stay, we were provided with only one roll of paper towels, which was inadequate!Overall, the cleanliness concerns, excessive heat, misleading photos, lack of supplies, and difficulty getting meaningful assistance affected our stay. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Lisbon Stay

The property was nice for a stay in Lisbon, was good for walking distance to lots of tourist places. The check in process we found slightly difficult, it was hard to get a hold of the host. Once we received check in information retrieving and returning the keys was easy/smooth. The property was very clean, the smell of sewer was strong but the place was well cleaned, the bed was not comfortable. Overall the place is okay for a stay in Lisbon.
