This delightful first floor villa offers fabulous views of the
Ocean, Beach, Sound and Beachfront Pool. This villa
has been recently updated in 2025 and is sure to please
every member of your family.

It is within easy walking distance to the South Beach Marina
Village and the ever popular Salty Dog Cafe. This unique villa
features a Private Staircase which leads from the villa directly down
to the Pool & Beach. Enjoy the Dolphins as they swim along the
Shoreline! 3 Minute walk to the South Beach Pickleball Courts!
Guests of 1905 South Beach Club have access to the Sea Pines
Beach Club via the Sea Pines Trolley. Free WiFi!

Upgrades in 2025 included opening up kitchen to the living
area. All new kitchen appliances. New flooring. Half bath
renovated. Other 2 bathrooms were renovated in 2021-22.

Pool Heater/Cooler being added to complex in March 2026. Pool
will be heated in April, Oct & Nov 2026 and March, April & Oct &
Nov of following years. Pool will also be able to be cooled during
the summer months.

Great condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head staying at South Beach Club! The condo is right on the pool and a short walk to the beach. This part of the beach is great for families with small kiddos as the water is very calm. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Right in the middle of South Beach, food, pickleball and the Sea Pines trolley all within walking distance. The only downside was the second bedroom - landscape lighting was so bright outside it was difficult to sleep. Also no way to darken the room with curtains. Other than that it was great, the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was easy.

HHI South Beach 2022 Trip

Loved the condo, location and everything. Seeing the sunset, close to the pool and beach. Condo was well equipped and tastefully furnished. We’ve been going to HHI every summer for 15+ years, and this is the best place of all.

Hilton Head Sea Pines May 2025

The place was spacious, beautiful, and super clean. We were mailed all of the needed information so the check-in should have been easy, be we had some difficulties since we didn't have the correct pass code to get into the unit. Once this was corrected we were good to go. I requested a 12noon check-out on the day we left and was very surprised as we were packing up to go with about 25 minutes left that a young person just entered the unit and asked me if I was checking out or if I was the cleaning service. I was so shocked by this rude intruder. I collected myself and called the main office to complain about the disturbing service. Beyond these two issues, the place was quite nice.

Hi Carla, Thank you for your review. I'm not sure why your original guest code wasn't working, but so glad I was able to get you in immediately with a new code when you called our emergency line. That was also me that came in before noon on your checkout day. I had my list of inspections and this villa was the last on my list to inspect in Sea Pines before I moved on. Forgetting you were given a noon checkout (with checkout time normally being 10AM), I opened the door and saw your suitcases inside, and through my confusion, I confirmed that you were checking out that day and let you know I would come back later that afternoon. I do apologize if you felt I was rude - that was not my intention at all. We hope to see you again next year. Selena

Great location, beautiful view

We loved this place! My mom, brother and I spent a great week in this unit and were extremely happy with everything. It is nicely laid out, with a beautiful view of the water, a balcony with tall table for meals overlooking the pool, and well stocked. Great to have our own staircase down to the pool area and to walk to the beach right in front of us. The management company was great, sent someone immediately when we couldn't figure out the TV, and helped us arrange to have bikes delivered and waiting when we arrived. Loved the South Beach location as well, right next to tennis and pickleball courts (where we signed up for a clinic and round robin) and a quick walk over to the Salty Dog for drinks/dinner. We hope to be back!

This was one of the most well maintained condominium complexes we have stayed in. The outside was very clean and taken care of. Our unit could have used more cleaning we found food under furniture and in the master shower, the windows and kitchen were not wiped down very well.
