There’s a separate downstairs toilet and a small, enclosed yard at the rear with bistro table and chairs, perfect for that morning coffee or a chilled glass of wine in the sunshine.
Cockermouth, birthplace of William Wordsworth, is just a short walk from the property. In fact, the National Trust Wordsworth House is just a few minutes’ walk away. Your nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk, and there’s a couple of pubs on your doorstep serving great food and local cask ales. The main town centre is also easily reached on foot.
