This huge space boasts floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, which lead out onto the balcony. The room oozes out the light from every angle, showcasing the spectacular views of the beach. Here you can relax on one of the comfortable sofas or chairs in the welcoming lounge area or enjoy a bite to eat at the modern dining table, which is long enough to seat eight. The sleek kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up a storm. From the living area, throw open the bi-fold doors and step out onto the balcony, which runs the full width of the house. This is the perfect spot to sit and take in the fabulous views, with your favourite drink in hand of course. Back inside, the three stylish bedrooms are decorated in a coastal palette of calmer tones. Designer fabric curtains carefully curated artwork and coordinating beach-style furnishings complete these wonderfully welcoming rooms. Conveniently there’s a ground-floor shower room and there’s also a luxury family bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower on the first floor. Heading outside from the ground floor, you’ll discover a large terrace with phenomenal views of the estuary. This sunspot is the ideal place to relax on one of the comfy outdoor chairs or fire up the barbecue for an al fresco feast.

Bodwennol is situated in the seaside village of Aberdyfi, a great location from which to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. The picturesque harbour village of Aberdyfi is renowned for its sandy beaches, sailing, and a championship 18-hole links golf course. The village is often referred to as ‘an artist’s paradise’ with its pastel-coloured cottages, independent shops, pubs, and excellent restaurants which specialise in local produce, all helping to create a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Offering some of the finest beaches in Britain, with four miles of golden sand-dune-backed shoreline running north to Tywyn, home of the world-famous Talyllyn Steam Railway and crab fishing. The beaches are popular with sunbathers, swimmers, surfers, and fishermen while the estuary attracts a wide range of water sports enthusiasts. A wonderful all-year-round location.
