This wonderful double-fronted, end-terrace character cottage is located a two minute walk away from the centre of the delightful seaside resort of Aberdovey and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
Kynaston Cottage is a wonderful double-fronted, end-terrace character cottage located a two minute walk away from the centre of the delightful seaside resort of Aberdovey and can sleep five people in two double bedrooms and one single room. There is a family shower room and additional ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and sitting room with dining area with woodburning stove. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed yard with furniture and barbecue. Kynaston Cottage is ideal for a traditional seaside holiday.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer in cloakroom, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for stove to be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, Highchair and Stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 1 car at front. Enclosed yard with furniture, BBQ and tap for washing watersports equipment. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk.
