About this property
4 Evans Terrace Beautiful Cottage in the heart of Aberdovey! Free parking permit
A beautifully renovated former Fisherman's cottage just yards from everything Aberdovey has to offer. The cottage is situated just off from the main square on a private terrace of just five cottages. It is close enough to access the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants but far enough back to be a quiet peaceful haven whenever you want. Retaining many of it's original features but also with every mod con you would expect in a modern home this cottage really will be the perfect base for your holiday.
Situated in a secluded terrace, set back from the main square, you will be a hop, skip and a jump away from all this village has to offer and the local beach. The sandy beach is segregated into a family friendly area for building sand castles, water sports or a spot of crabbing off the ever popular jetty whilst further along is a pet friendly beach stretching for several miles. You will be in easy reach of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst far enough away to remain undisturbed at night.
This charming cottage retains many original features, including a wood burning stove and slate fireplace. It also has many modern amenities including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, one double and two bedrooms with full sized bunk beds so enough bedding for 6 upstairs.

About the host
Hosted by Lisa French
We are Lisa & David and we bought this cottage on a whim two weeks after meeting each five years later we are engaged and marrying next August and the cottage is completely renovated!
We have five children and two dogs between us so our lives are pretty hectic but Aberdovey always provides us with the peace and serenity we need :)

Why they chose this property
It is perfectly positioned in Aberdovey being close to everything but within a quiet private terrace. It was in need of complete renovation and so we were able to afford it and wait a few years until we had enough money to make it what it is today- we really hope you appreciate the love that has gone into designing the cottage we are thrilled with the result!
