Set in 10 acres of private gardens, the jaw-dropping exterior of this picturesque, early Gothic revival-style property is equally matched by the luxurious interior. This Grade II listed property boasts boundless character and atmosphere, yet comfort and convenience are never compromised.

Step into the spacious living/dining room located in the west wing of Llanerchydol Hall which is beautifully decorated and furnished with pretty views and an open fireplace which promises relaxing evenings sipping wine and catching up on the day’s events. The kitchen is wonderfully presented, part of the Suffolk range by Neptune with pale blue units - it’s well equipped with all that guests require to create lovely dinners. Along with some added luxuries such as an induction hob, boiling water tap and double sink. The bedroom is equally as romantic and stylish as the rest of the apartment. Original features, as throughout the house, are enhanced by vintage furnishings and stylish fabrics - blinds pull back to reveal lovely views from all the windows. There’s also a stunning, marble-clad bathroom with a large sink and double shower, plenty of lighting and complimentary toiletries.

The Montgomeryshire countryside has an abundance of country walks and pretty villages with great pubs serving good food. From The Apartment, at Llanerchydol Hall you can join the national trail which begins on the driveway of the hall. There’s a Welshpool golf course only a ten-minute drive away. The village pub, which is known for its good food is located at the bottom of the driveway.

Just one mile away is the market town of Welshpool, offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, and cafés to explore. Or discover the nearby Powys Castle with its beautiful gardens or take a steam train ride on the narrow-gauge railway through the Banwy Valley to Llanfair Caereinion. A visit to the old county town of Montgomery is a must, with its ancient architecture and a ruined castle. Travel further into Wales to experience the majestic beauty of Snowdonia National Park or visit one of the many lovely seaside towns along the Welsh coast.
