I have stayed here several times. Everything is always perfect. Great location and views. Very nice dock overlooking the Inner Coastal Waterway. The house is great and the host is great.I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. The views from the back covered porch were wonderful - it faces Ocean Isle from the bridge to the end, boats on the intracoastal waterway traveling by, just perfect. Nice privacy out back. And not having to go across the bridge during peak times helps. The bridge entrance is only a one minutes drive away, restaurants on OIB are just 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of options within 2-3 minutes of the house.

House was beautiful, clean and very inviting. Sandra was so friendly and made you feel welcome. The house is shaded by these wonderful trees, so a constant breeze is blowing on the back porch making it so comfortable even on the hottest days. Beds are the most comfortable I believe I have slept in at a vacation property. The views are wonderful overlooking the waterway and deer and even a fox strolled through the back yard because of the peacefulness of the location. Everything you need is provided and I must mention again how CLEAN the place was. It is so peaceful here, but you are only a stones throw awayfrom EVERYTHING at the same time! We enjoyed this place so much and would LOVE to stay here many times again on our future trips to Ocean Isle.

Great stay

Took boat to beach for fishing and most places we looked at staying had limits on vehicles or trailers, this was the perfect alternative and the privacy was amazing! Very relaxing stay!

It was a wonderful, cozy place to stay. Loved the porch with the Island view and the breeze was amazing. The only thing that was missing is the grill was not in proper working order. Would definitely stay here again.

It is wonderfully located, exceptionally clean, the most comfortable beds, and the view is spectacular! My husband and I went for a long weekend anniversary trip and it was just perfect! Great for Quiet Relaxing Get-away

The property itself is very clean and great for a quiet get-away. The views of the Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular. The property is very clean. The owner was delightful.

Great view!

My wife, my son, our dog and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. It has a great view and direct access to fishing from a dock in the Intercoastal waterway. The owner was wonderful to work with and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Great Place at OIB

What a fantastic stay! This cozy cottage was very clean and had the perfect view for us to watch the flotilla the Saturday after Thanksgiving! It had 3 comfy beds and everything we needed. I hope to return soon!

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I came down for a long weekend with our dog and really enjoyed how releasing and peaceful the property is. House is located right off the intercostal waterway with a nice private dock. Porch is wonderful for enjoying quiet mornings and nights. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Sandra is very welcoming and an excellent host!

The property was beautiful and relaxing. The house was very clean and we had all the appliances we could have needed. The outside of the home is well cared for and there are gorgeous views from the back porch and dock. The host was especially amazing. She was easy to get ahold of, professional, and very thoughtful. Quiet little paradise!

We really our stay here! Owner was very responsive to questions and reached out to us several times over the course of our stay. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Great yard and view of the intercoastal. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location

This is a beautiful location tucked away behind live oaks over looking the intercoastal waterway. The breeze was wonderful as we sat on the porch watching the boats go by. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the birds.
