The stunning beachfront ALBERO BELLA Villa and its purposely build Guest Villa, offers luxurious living and oozes class and is set right on the most beautiful and sought after beachfront of Protaras. Opulence, peace and tranquility define and run through the veins of ALBERO BELLA Villa.

The main house stands at 370 sqm and boasts a generous open plan living room, furnished to perfection with elegance and class. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed amenities and appliances. The dining room includes a table to accommodate 10 guests, as well as a beautiful fireplace for the colder nights of early spring and late autumn. All four bedrooms are very generous, with ensuite facilities.

Nestled next to the main house, the guest villa stands at 170 sm2 and is designed to offer an exclusive retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the main villa, perfect for extended family or and has its own separate entrance and garage. The guest house includes a fully equipped kitchen and living area, a guest toilet, and three spacious double bedrooms with ensuite facilities.

The villa features a sparkling large oval shaped swimming pool, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun, an equipped BBQ with a separate outdoor bar, with full outdoor cooking facilities. The large garden, which leads to the beach, is impeccably designed and maintained with a huge grass lawn offering a serene retreat, complete with plenty of space for lounging, dining, and entertaining friends and family. The outdoor area includes 2 covered areas for al fresco dining, one with a sofa set and round dining table, and another with a long dining table to enjoy tasty outdoor meals!

Perfectly located on a picturesque and quiet beach but only seven hundred meters from the buzzing Protaras Strip, ALBERO BELLA is the ultimate luxury retreat for large families seeking to enjoy their holidays together but retire for rest in privacy and luxury.

Beautiful property with easy access to the promenade. Would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the pool, but the tiles were slippery when wet. Mary visited us during our stay and was very attentive to our requests.10/10 from us

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at the beautiful Albero Bella Villa, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The villas are both beautifully presented, offered plenty of space and excellent amenities for everyone to enjoy.The pool was a fantastic size and very well maintained throughout our stay. One of our favourite features was the coastal path at the end of the garden, which made for lovely walks, while the villas location is ideal - just a short walk from the main strip with its great selection of restaurants, bars and shops.Mary was incredibly helpful and responded to any queries we had quickly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.We had such a wonderful time that we’ll definitely be looking to book Albero Bella villa again in the near future. Highly recommended.
