Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property in Madrid. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, which made check-in and our entire stay smooth. The location couldn’t be better—right by Gran Vía and surrounded by great conveniences, including a bakery, coffee shop, and grocery store all within a few steps. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had a large living room that gave our family plenty of space to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, wonderful host!

This location has great access to all Madrid has to offer and even better the apartment was wonderful in itself! Comfortable, all that you may need and very welcoming! When we come back to Madrid, we would love to come back to this apartment!!!

This place has hazard health condition. Basement has severe mold issue and apartment cannot be rented with this condition. Look at attached pictures of the mold presence in the basement. Basement does not have any door to close. So, this terrible smell of moisture come up into leaving area. Kitchen towel with spots and looks very old. Countertop damaged and looks terrible. There is no privacy if you are more then two family members. Layout is not designed well. When we opened the entrance door we got terrible smell immediately. We left property in 15 minutes and notified host. Answer was that we have a problem, and everything is just fine with apartment. We will try to find health department to check this property for the conditions not acceptable to rent apartment. We booked hotel across the street and representative at the front desk told us that we are not the first complainers from this street. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS PROPERTY AND HOST, EVEN YOU SEE GOOD REVIEWS.

Dear guest If you are fishing for a free ride, you may want to use solid topics and as a tip.. You may want to check your idea with the previous nearly 300 comments left in more than 3 years on the three main apps. Having said this, please remind that you should not have been going to the basement which is not offered to guests... By the way... There is no hotel in front of the street so quite difficult to be real. As I replied to you and your wife or company acknowledged, my apartment is best in class as per feedback received and price quality ratio. As an alternative, or whenever you don't get a discount from scared hosts (from your offense), you may check at Ritz hotel for a better deal. All the best
