Trestar consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite, two ground-floor doubles, and a lower-ground-floor family room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and private driveway parking for two cars, with further roadside parking available on a first-come-first-served basis if required. One well-behaved pet welcome (to be kept on the lower ground floor). Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and a beach within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.4 miles. Please note, this property sleeps 8 guests (including children), however, 1 additional infant sleeping in a travel cot can be accommodated, providing the cot is only used on the ground floor bedroom and not the lower ground floor (property sleeping 8 plus 1 infant as maximum occupancy). Town: The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
