Welcome to this fantastic 55 m² apartment with a stunning 180-degree view from a wonderful 28 m² terrace.
The apartment is located in the charming area of San Juan de Capistrano, offering bars, small shops, a beautiful pool area, and bus connections to Nerja's tourist center and beautiful beaches, just 2 km away.
Accommodation
The apartment was newly renovated in 2023, providing modern comfort both indoors and outdoors. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen.
The elegant terrace with new slate is a perfect place for relaxation.

Pool Area: Free access to a beautiful pool area (available from May to October) with a bar, restaurant, and sunbathing areas. Near the pool, you will find Nerja Spa, offering various treatments.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed (150 x 190 cm) with a view, built-in wardrobe, and dresser.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds (90 x 190 cm) with a built-in wardrobe. All beds are equipped with 23 cm Dux mattresses and hygiene covers.
Other Amenities
Pets: Pets are welcome.
Parking: Free parking with plenty of space in front of the apartment. Note that there are 17 steps up to the apartment, no elevator.
Terrace: Equipped with sun loungers, a café set, and a dining table.
Guests also have access to two bicycles, which they are welcome to use to explore Nerja!

Nerja and its surrounding mountains offer fantastic hiking opportunities, from short 20-minute walks to full-day excursions. Many of the trails start in our apartment area, San Juan de Capistrano. Follow the signs to "Parque Natural" and discover trails that take you up to 300–400 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy lavender, rosemary, dill, and other wild herbs. Butterflies swarm around as you reach the peaks.
