Our apartment, in the heart of downtown Cannes, offers effortless access to all the amenities you need to make your stay a pleasant one, whether you're shopping, dining in local restaurants, or enjoying the buzz of Cannes nightlife it's spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers and is located on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator, for added convenience.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, very well located (next to Rue d'Antibes) Nespresso pod coffee maker, no freezer Good bedding, quality linens Terrace with table, chairs for dining outside and bench area for having an aperitif (very cozy) Access to the garage is complicated (you have to enter the building, take an elevator with the vehicle down to level -2) A tip is to enter the elevator in forward gear and to exit in reverse to access the elevator, in order to exit in front of the building, Avoid large vehicles, a Q3 just fits, We had a very good stay, we hope to come back to your accommodation,

Some of the idiosyncrasies that often come with many French CheckMyGuests - you really need to bring your own soap (only a few small bars provided) and shampoo, had to buy detergent to do laundry and hang it outside to dry, And no flexibility on check-in/check-out times or places to store luggage, which means you end up walking around Cannes with your bags quite a bit, Communication is somewhat scattered - different phone numbers, sometimes CheckMyGuest app, sometimes (Hidden by CheckMyGuest), sometimes phone, All of them are cheerful and friendly but not much different from the usual, There was an actual person available by phone at check-in, which was a lifesaver since I arrived in the evening and initially couldn't figure out the lock (you have to turn it 3-4 times), However, the pricing is much better than similar places, very convenient once you get the hang of the locks, and plenty of space, There are two beds but they are somewhat awkwardly placed in the same room - so you can definitely sleep three or four people but you should be comfortable with each other! And one toilet, one shower, Overall, I was very pleased that I booked it!
