Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was no mention of construction work eventhough it had been ongoing for many months. Overall it was a bit shocking to arrive considering the lovely entrance. After a few days I got used to it. Communication with the third/fourth party management was poor (Check my Guest ). I would not stay in this apartment again.

Está localizada en un excelente punto, tal como lo anuncian, muy cerca del Arco del Triunfo. El apartamento me encantó, la cama muy cómoda, sábanas limpias, amplio closet con un espejo grande como nos gusta a las mujeres. La cocina pequeña pero cuenta con todo lo necesario, el baño enorme me gustó muchísimo. Lo único que no me gustó es que a pesar de que cuenta con un closet de buen tamaño, no pudimos usarlo porque todas las gavetas estaban completamente llenas con sábanas para el invierno, lo cual no era necesario pues es verano y había bastante calor; además de las sábanas el resto del closet estaba ocupado con una aspiradora grande, una plancha, etc. No pudimos sacar nuestra ropa de las maletas. Y las maletas las tuvimos que poner en el baño. Si ponen atención a estos detalles, no tendría ningún inconveniente en recomendarlo.
