Great Location & Nice Apartment, but Communication IssuesWe stayed here as a group of 10. The apartment is spacious, attractive, and in an excellent location, but the experience was impacted by poor communication and a confusing check-in.The property is listed on Vrbo but managed by Belvilla (Netherlands), which subcontracts CheckMyGuest (CMG). This setup made it unclear who to contact, and information provided was sometimes inaccurate (e.g., number of toilets).Layout (clarified): 4 bedrooms (not 5), 4 queen beds (not kings), plus 2 sofa beds in the living room. Three bedrooms have in-room showers (no toilets) and face a busy street (noisy). One quieter bedroom is on the opposite side. There is 1 full bathroom 2 separate toilets (3 total). Nespresso machine and 2 key sets with fobs provided.Issues: ants in kitchen/bathrooms, inconsistent hot water, no working dryer, squeaky doors, noticeable metro vibration, minor maintenance problems. One bedroom is very bright at night due to exterior lighting.Check-in: Instructions arrived day before arrival instead of 3 days before as indicated on VRBO site, no clear guidance on keys needed for interior access, and no reliable contact. We were briefly unable to enter until staff arrived by chance.Overall: Great location and space, but needs better communication, coordination, and basic maintenance fixes. A dedicated contact person to help with matters during your stay would be helpful.

La cuisine était entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer nos propres petits déjeuners et même quelques dîners, Étant à Paris, nous n'avons pas pu résister aux fruits de mer frais des marchés locaux ! Les chambres étaient confortables, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain, et il y avait des toilettes supplémentaires disponibles, L'emplacement était parfait : assez proche pour marcher vers de nombreuses attractions célèbres, mais à seulement trois minutes à pied du métro, La rue était animée mais pas trop bruyante, ce qui ajoutait au charme, Le propriétaire était très réactif à nos questions, et nous avons apprécié le service de nettoyage gratuit pendant notre séjour d'une semaine, Dans l'ensemble, une expérience merveilleuse !

Fantastischer Gastgeber, ausgezeichnetes Anwesen. Sie halfen uns mit unserem Gepäck und verstauten es vor dem Einchecken in einer der Unterkünfte. Sehr dankbar, da nicht jeder Gastgeber bereit ist, eine solche Hilfe anzubieten. Das gesamte Gebäude ist klimatisiert, was in Paris eine Seltenheit ist. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und angenehm und befindet sich in der Nähe eines Einkaufsviertels, in dem sich alle Designer-Boutiquen der Spitzenklasse sowie zahlreiche köstliche Essensmöglichkeiten befinden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und es liegt neben einem U-Bahn-Eingang. Sehr empfehlenswert für Aufenthalte jeglicher Dauer.
