This is a fabulous condo in a PERFECT location as it's in the center of town with easy access to local businesses, Penn/Drexel, restaurants, shops and the best of Philly's nightlife. It really is in the center of it all!
The apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher!) and hardwood floors. There are laundry facilities in the building and the unit has an AC/Heating system. There are 2 elevators in the building to provide easy access to your 6th floor apartment!
