Charming holiday home in Nerja, ideal for a quiet getaway with family or friends. The property enjoys a privileged location, just a few kilometres from the iconic tourist spots such as the Balcón de Europa, the stunning beaches of Maro and the paradisiacal Cala del Cañuelo, making it easy to enjoy the best of the Costa del Sol.
Inside, the house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a cosy living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing your favourite dishes. In addition, there is a full bathroom with a shower on this same floor, for added convenience.
On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ensuring privacy and rest for all guests. Also on this floor is a second full bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with a hot/cold pump.
The outdoor area is designed for maximum enjoyment. Here you can relax in a charming seating area with views of the mountains, as well as having a built-in barbecue and an outdoor table for al fresco meals. The private pool completes the setting, ideal for cooling off under the Andalusian sun.
