Well appointed throughout and with lounge, dining room, kitchen and washroom on the ground floor. The first floor boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and a family size bathroom including bath, shower & bidet. The roof top solarium is large and offers a perfect suntrap, sheltered from the wind.
The views are delightful. A full sized swimming Pool (shared) accompanies the property at the rear. Air conditioning on the ground floor. A large front garden and parking space complete the ground floor. An abundance of bars and restaurants are nearby and a car is not needed.
