The chlorine pool is huge and has a size of 16m x 8m and a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m. It is surrounded by a well kept Mediterranean garden, where you can sunbathe on one of the six loungers, taking a snack under the awning or take a refreshing outdoor shower. If you like cooking outside, on the furnished porch you will find a fixed barbecue. Besides, there is another porch overlooking the pool, which is an ideal place for breakfast. Depending on the season, the different fruit trees like orange, lemon and peach trees bear some tasty fruit. This property is totally private and doesn´t have any direct neighbors.

Not only from the outside but also from the inside, this property is a treasure. A spacious living room, decorated with rustic elements and all the equipment including air conditioning, DVD and satellite TV, invites you to feel at home. During the offseason, you can have a cup of tea next to the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook like at home. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one with a double bed and there are 2 bedrooms with each two twin beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobe. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtube. In one of the bathrooms you will find the washing machine, the iron and ironing board. For our younger guests we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs.

Búger is an authentic village in the center-north of Mallorca, about 15 kilometers from the coast. In the center of Búger you ´ll find a grocery store and some restaurants. More services and large supermarkets are in the neighborhood village called Sa Pobla. Around Búger there are many rural roads for biking and hiking. You can visit the underground sources of Campanet, which begin to sprout after heavy rains or make a long trip to the monastery of Lluc. Regarding to the beaches, the next sandy beach is the Playa de Muro which is a peaceful beach protected by the dunes. Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia are more animated and feature every imaginable service. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, along the beach passing through the Playa de Muro. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
