Loved easy access to pools and beach. Apartment is close to parking and elevators,so super convenient. Beds and couch were comfortable, pillows were a bit hard not fluffy. Kitchen had most everything needed for simple meals. Would stay again

Fall break A230

We had a great time at this resort and condo. The unit was a perfect location to the garage and walk out directly to the pool and then to the beach. It had all the necessities we needed in the unit for a week long stay. Across the street has great walkable restaurants also. We will definitely be back!

Waterscape A230

This was an amazing rental! Very clean and well kept! We traveled with 3 small with the youngest being 2. This condo was very close to the toddler splash pad area. Our 7 year old enjoyed the Lilly pads in the pool and our 14 year old loved the lazy river. There was a little something for every age. We would definitely visit again in the future. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing:)

The condo was extremely dirty. Pine straw was on the side table. Drink rings still on the the coffee table. It was clear the surfaces had never even been wiped down. I had to sweep the floor before we could even unpack. Bunk beds were filthy. The beds themselves had never been cleaned. Debris all around the mattresses. The entire unit was below average and poorly taken care of. I don't recommend this unit. Overpriced and poorly managed

You Will Not Be Disappointed

Visit Waterscape yearly, love the area, beaches, and amenities. Have stayed in several units but we wanted something this year on ground level. What an excellent choice, as it made it so much nicer and easier not having to deal with stairs or elevators as we grill out almost daily and the convenience of getting to the pool and beach area. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and plenty of room for our 4 person family. Working with David to book the room was a breeze, he always kept us updated with what we needed to know and really made the whole process seamless. We typically book through Wyndham but the convenience of being able to just pull up to the room and enter was extremely beneficial after being on the road, within 30 minutes of arriving in Ft. Walton we were at the pool and grilling. After being there for a week we did not want to leave, so much so that we observed that the room was not booked after we were expected to leave and we requested to extend our stay. David again was over-accommodating and made the process of our extension amazingly easy. Do not hesitate to book with confidence if looking for the perfect room with the best amenities on the Emerald Coast. See you in the upcoming years!

Great Stay

Overall great stay. We picked this specific unit based on its location. We have 4 children under the age 6. So, we definitely wanted a floor unit and to be directly by the toddler splash area. It does create a long walk to beach, but we didn't mind that. The unit was clean and equipped with what it stated it had. As far as our unit and David, things were great. As far as the resort, we were stopped multiple times a day to ask about our wristbands yet we had them on from the moment we arrived. My entire family. One time we were stopped and 3 women next to me in the pool had on none. As if he didn't see them. I thought that was very strange. A bit annoying as we were literally wearing ours. How can you not see them? I observed so many not even wearing theirs. Strange. The grills were eh, okay. We had issues with two. Our unit had a trash can outside of the door and people from their units kept leaving their trash bags every single day next to it when the trash chute was RIGHT around the corner. I mean so much trash left right outside of our condo door. Trash that was NOT ours. We took ours to the chute every single time. Strange. Again, our host was great and helpful. The resort, itself, was okay.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Absolutely perfect! The location of this condo is wonderful if you like to be close to the parking garage. It made getting luggage out, groceries out and simply coming and going convenient. The walkout from the patio to the pool and beach area is wonderful. I love that we didn't have to wait on the elevator. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we had ample storage space. We can't wait to go back!

Had a great time!

We love staying at waterscape when we visit the beach. The amenities are unbeatable, and this unit was updated and very nice. They’ve automated the checkin/checkout process which saved time and was very convenient. Speaking of convenience, it’s a short walk from the parking garage and you can step right out on the patio and head straight to the pools. It’s a literal hop, skip, jump from the splash pad if you have littles in your group. The host was on point with their communication and very easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

Waterscape Condo

This is a nice condo, perfectly situated for a family with young kiddos.... close to pool and activities. Very close to the garage. Just and FYI to any Seniors (like ourselves) that does make it the farthest to the beach. As it is designated as a handicap unit, it would be nice if there was a chair in the bathroom to sit for dressing etc. Also, both of the high top table & chairs , do make it a bit more challenging. But, perfect for most people !

Our Home Away From Home

This is our favorite place to stay while in Destin. The room is positioned perfectly for our 4 year old and 1 year old to be close to the pirate ship. I can work while the kids and wife are at the pool and never miss any of the fun. The room is always incredibly clean and my daughter loves the whale bed! She was so excited to go back and visit it. :) Thank you so much!
