This was our first time to stay at Waterscape but are returning customers through coastal vibes! We LOVED our time at The Waterscape . It had everything on site so you didn't have to leave if you didn't want too. Our kids ages 4&8 loved all the different pool/water options available. It would be nice if the lily pad area was more monitored by onsite staff as well because we observed many children getting trampled in the water because there was no regulation and parents weren't intervening. Just be mindful if you have littles! The tiki hut had great pizza! Being on the bottom level was so nice not having to use elevators to get in and out or climbing stairs! You do have to use stairs to get down to the main pool and beach however it was an easy trek and much shorter than we're used too! Our unit came with two beach chair rentals which was so nice but we definitely had to get up EXTRA EARLY to get a chair relatively close to the water if you like being close to watch your kids . The chair rental people were nice but downside was they only reserved your chairs for each day unless you paid an additional fee per day , then they would have your chairs in the same area each day. We were aware it was listed as first come first served but at other local places our experience was they reserved if you told them after the first day without the additional fee. The room A230 was nice and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay! We can't wait to go back!! We enjoyed our week despite the minor things and still would recommend it to our family and friends for future stays!

We had a fantastic stay at Waterscape A230 and would absolutely come back again. The facility itself is top-notch—perfect pools for both relaxing and keeping the kids entertained, along with a beautiful beach just steps away. The beach service was excellent and made our days by the water even more enjoyable. Parking was simple and convenient, and the property felt very secure the entire time. One thing that really stood out was how easy everything was—Amazon deliveries were seamless, and the WiFi worked great throughout the entire property. There were plenty of activities for kids, which kept them busy and happy, and having grills on site was a great bonus for easy family meals. As for the room, A230 exceeded expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the full kitchen had everything we needed, and the bunk area was perfect for the kids. Having in-unit laundry was also a huge plus and made the stay even more convenient. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely return to the resort and wouldn't hesitate to book this same room again. Thank you

Fantastic Location in Fort Walton Beach!

Waterscape Condos are well maintained and the extensive pools and beaches were enjoyed by all! Condo is well maintained, location near garage on main floor is convenient to loading and unloading belongings.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Absolutely perfect! The location of this condo is wonderful if you like to be close to the parking garage. It made getting luggage out, groceries out and simply coming and going convenient. The walkout from the patio to the pool and beach area is wonderful. I love that we didn't have to wait on the elevator. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we had ample storage space. We can't wait to go back!
