In an old stone building nestling in a pretty garden in the heart of the historic centre of Ancenis, this large 50 m2 studio is comfortably furnished and equipped.

Just a short walk from the château and 80 metres from the banks of the Loire, our large studio apartment is available by the night or by the week, and will welcome you in a cosy atmosphere in an old stone building that has been completely renovated.

You'll also find a host of shops in the vicinity, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You'll also have easy access to a host of leisure, sports and cultural facilities, including a play park, swimming pool, canoeing, tennis, golf, horse-riding, theatre and cinema.

Whether you're working, relaxing, cycling in the Loire, with family or friends, alone or in a group, you'll have free access via a connected lock and a high-performance Internet connection.

The studios are a 7-minute walk from the station. You can easily reach the business park to the north of the town (Manitou, Laïta, Terena, Toyota, etc.), the A11 motorway and Nantes Atlantique airport.
