Customs house sleeps up to 18 people & is a 5 minute walk to the City centre and to Mathew Street for plenty of bars, restaurants and much loved Beatles attractions. Also within a close proximity to the Princes & Albert Docks (0.6 miles) this means that this beautiful place is located right in the beating heart of Liverpool. Listed as one of the oldest buildings in Liverpool this unique place has been utilised to create a perfect space for large or small groups visiting Liverpool for any reason.
The space
Customs House has been finished to a very high standard and has harnessed the space in order to make staying here comfortable for our guests, by realistic bedroom layouts rather than overcrowding. It is a townhouse with 5 floors which also can be separated into 3 self contained units with their own locking front doors should smaller groups wish to stay here. If you do wish to stay here in smaller groups please feel free to contact us through this booking, however we will be listing the properties separately as well as as a whole. Located in the business district, the City centre is right on your doorstep and the amazing bars and restaurants of Castle street and Mathew street are only one street away. This means Customs House is suitable for any and all types of guests, so please get in touch for a Luxury City centre stay whether for business or pleasure!

Do not book this property. We had no correspondence leading up to the booking. On check-in day the host realised he’d double booked us and stopped returning our calls and messages! Vrbo couldn’t get hold of him or refund us as it’s a third-party property. Do not book!

Only submitting 1 star as I can't give 0. No communication from the host at all (I'd sent them a few messages about requesting an early check in and asking about parking) until the day before my booking for 18 people when then cancelled my booking. My emails or phone calls were not answered and they didn't provide any help with suggesting alternative accomodation. Vrbo customers services team were unaware of the cancellation, but were helpful and reassuring that I would eventually receive a refund.
