Room Allocation Policy



The number of bedrooms opened corresponds to the number of guests in the booking:



- 4 guests = 2 bedrooms

- 6 guests = 3 bedrooms

- If all 4 bedrooms are required for fewer guests, an increased rate based on maximum occupancy (7-8 guests) will apply

The rental price includes the following services:



- personal welcome with key delivery until 20:00

- weekly cleaning service (for stays longer than 7 nights) with fresh bed linen and towels

- complimentary cot and highchair available upon request for children under 2 years old

Conditions



Villa Comoda is situated in a tranquil residential area, and adherence to the following house rules is required:



- parties, events, and loud music (especially outdoors) are prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00

- overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests is strictly forbidden without prior authorization

- smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies, and care must be taken with furniture and grass

- a security deposit of 1000€ is required upon arrival, refundable after check-out, subject to a damage inspection

- pet policy: one pet is permitted for an additional fee of 100€ per stay

- failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit



Late Check-In Fees



Late arrivals are available upon request and subject to additional charges:



- 20:30 - 22:00: 30€

- 22:00 - 00:00: 50€

- 00:00 - 01:30: 80€
