This TV and relaxation room is located at the end of the entrance hallway. The room is small but nice. Very cozy for relaxing together after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing. The ceiling fan provides a fresh breeze on warm summer days ( the only room without airconditioning).



KITCHEN/DINING AREA:

The bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area is the perfect place to cook, dine, and spend quality time with family and friends. Flooded with natural light, it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and features air conditioning for added comfort throughout the year.



BEDROOMS:

Filled with natural light, the three bedrooms combine elegant parquet flooring, high stucco ceilings, soft pastel tones, and charming décor to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Please note that the TV/relaxation room does not have air conditioning, but it does have a ceiling fan. All other rooms have air conditioning.





NEIGHBORHOOD: 

The apartment is ideally located between the Thiers and Jean-Médecin districts, in the heart of Nice. Just a short walk from Nice-Ville train station, it offers easy access to public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera.

Avenue Jean Médecin, Nice's main shopping street, is only a few minutes away and features a wide selection of boutiques, department stores, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding streets are lively and full of local shops, bakeries, and markets, while nearby parks and squares provide pleasant green spaces to relax. The beach, Place Masséna, and the Old Town can all be reached on foot in around 15–20 minutes.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions



- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.



- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).



- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.



- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
